To culminate the productive month we had, our Pilipinas In Action (PIA) team decided to visit San Fernando, Pampanga, to turn over more bicycle sets to the city’s essential workers.  To our surprise, protected bike lanes welcomed us along the road, which we found out were established even before the COVID-19 pandemic started. This sustainable initiative was made possible through the efforts of Mayor Edwin Santiago, who has made it his mission to make San Fernando the most bike-friendly city in the country.
